For 25 years, I dedicated my career to building someone else’s vision—driving success in corporate roles, earning a generous salary, and climbing the ladder. But over time, I began to feel stuck. The volatility of the tech industry—constant restructures, shifting leadership, and the looming sense of being replaceable—left me questioning the long-term sustainability of that path. After over two decades of experience in customer success, relationship building, and mentoring high-performing teams, I approached a ceiling with limited control over my future, I knew it was time to redefine what success looked like for me. Becoming a business owner and Career Ownership Coach™ with The Entrepreneur’s Source® gave me the opportunity to align my work with my personal and financial goals, take control of my future, and help others do the same. Now, I guide others who are ready to explore business ownership and take back control of their income, lifestyle, wealth, and equity.
A Bit About Me
I’ve always been someone who thrives on connection, curiosity, and meaningful conversations. I’m naturally driven to help people succeed—not just in business, but in life. Whether it’s mentoring colleagues, coaching clients, or sharing insights over coffee, I find purpose in helping others find clarity and confidence in their next steps. I’m also someone who values freedom and growth—both personally and professionally—which is why building a business that reflects my values has been such a powerful shift. Outside of coaching, I enjoy staying active, spending time with family & friends (including my son, Anthony, and my dog, Goji), exploring new places, and feeding my love of learning—whether that’s through books, podcasts, documentaries, or connecting with others navigating change. 
My own journey from burnout and uncertainty to empowerment and ownership fuels my passion to help others navigate change with clarity and confidence.
